About Us
Our Story
Benjamin and Emily met at The University of Akron in the fall of 2005. Benjamin was pursuing a Master's degree in music composition while Emily worked on her Master's in violin performance. Each semester, they had at least one class together and had a tendency to find themselves working with each other. The following autumn, they began to officially date and were engaged the following spring. After they both graduated in the spring of 2007, they were married and moved to Columbus, Ohio.
Benjamin is currently pursuing his Doctoral degree in music composition at The Ohio State University while Emily plays in the Richmond Symphony Orchestra and teaches privately both out of their home and at Prestige Music Studios. They perform together frequently at Jersey Baptist Church and enjoy making music together at every opportunity.
