• Does not include reception. For receptions, we are available at an hourly rate.

Pricing

Service Fees

• The fee per musician is $100-$200/hour depending on:
  1. number of musicians
  2. length of event
• Wedding ceremonies are a flat rate of $150-$200 per musician.
  • This price includes all of the included services listed above.

Traveling Fees

• Traveling Fees may be assessed for distances traveled in excess of 30 miles.

Optional Fees

• If you would like musical selections that are not in our current repertoire, you may be required to pay for the purchase of the performance materials.
• If musical selections are not able to be purchased for the requested ensemble, you may hire us to arrange/compose music specifically for your event.

Policies

• Reservations: A date for your event will be secured upon the receipt of a written (via email or postal mail) or verbal agreement.
• Cancellations: You have up until six (6) weeks prior to the date of your event to cancel our services with no penalty. After this, you may cancel with the understanding that we require payment of half the agreed upon amount for your event.
• Payment: We require that the amount agreed upon be paid in full by check or cash, on or before the day of your event.
• Weather: In the case that your event is taking place outdoors, we highly suggest you have rain/snow contingency plans as we will not play if weather conditions put our instruments or equipment at risk. We can perform in light rain/drizzle, providing the location at which we are to play is covered, and there is no chance the rain will harm our instruments or equipment. We suggest that you make provisions accordingly so that we are able to perform as planned. All final decisions on if we will perform outside due to inclement weather are under our jurisdiction. You will be required to pay us for the full amount agreed upon if precipitous conditions prevent us from playing and contingency plans are not utilized.
