Simple Ceremony Package*
  • Professional violin and piano music
  • Experienced advice on selecting music
  • Personal assistance in arranging the music portion of your ceremony
  • Prelude music for ½ hour before ceremony while guests arrive
  • Complete ceremony music (includes music during all processionals, ceremony portions and recessional)
  • Postlude music while guests are leaving
  • Attendance at your 1-hour wedding rehearsal
  • Special Bride and Groom wedding song (arrangement of 1 song of your choice, not currently in our repertoire**)

Serenade Wedding Package*
  • Professional violin and piano music
  • Experienced advice on selecting music
  • Personal assistance in arranging the music portion of your ceremony
  • Prelude music for ½ hour before ceremony while guests arrive
  • Complete ceremony music (includes music during all processionals, ceremony portions and recessional)
  • Postlude music while guests are leaving
  • Attendance at your 1-hour wedding rehearsal
  • Special Bride and Groom wedding songs (arrangement of 2 songs of your choice, not currently in our repertoire**)
  • 1 hour of cocktail music directly after your ceremony (same location)

Price: $660

Personalized Wedding Package*
  • Professional violin and piano music
  • Experienced advice on selecting music
  • Personal assistance in arranging the music portion of your ceremony
  • Prelude music for ½ hour before ceremony while guests arrive
  • Complete ceremony music (includes music during all processionals, ceremony portions and recessional)
  • Postlude music while guests are leaving
  • Attendance at your 1-hour wedding rehearsal
  • Special Bride and Groom wedding songs (arrangement of 3 songs of your choice, not currently in our repertoire) OR 1 song composed especially for you**
  • 1 hour of cocktail music directly after your ceremony (any location)
  • 2 hours of reception music

Price: $1100


*All packages are subject to travel fees; Artist approval and availability; and optional fees (on request).

**All final decisions on songs will be made by the Artist.

Available Services

Ceremony Services
  • We will work with you via email, phone and/or personal appointment to plan the music for your service.
    • We will provide suggestions for musical selections.
    • We will help coordinate the music part of your ceremony.
  • Prelude and Postlude included.
    • One half hour prelude included while guests are seated.
    • Postlude music included while guests exit.
  • Any combination of violin and/or piano/organ.
  • Most wedding ceremonies are a flat rate of $150 per musician. (In some rare cases there may be an extra fee if the wedding ceremony is abnormally long or involved.)
Cocktail Hours and Receptions
  • For these services, we are available at an hourly rate.
  • One musician is $110 per hour.
  • Two musicians are $200 per hour.
Rehearsal Services
  • Weddings booked after July 1, 2009 do not include rehearsal services. Rehearsal services are available at $50 for one musician and $75 for two musicians. (Rehearsal should be one hour or less).
Arranging and Composing Options
  • Please contact us regarding the arranging or composing of specific pieces or songs for a price quote.

Optional Services

  • Rehearsal time is available at an hourly rate of $50 per hour for one musician and $75 per hour for two musicians.
  • We would be happy to include musical selections that are not in our current rpretoire. There may be a fee for the acquisition of the requested music.
  • If musical selections are not able to be purchased for the requested ensemble, you may hire us to arrange music specifically for your event.
  • If you would like music composed especially for your event Benjamin Williams would be happy to write a piece(s) just for you. See samples of his work by clicking the above link.
  • The Williams Duo is happy to assist you in finding additional musicians should you like a larger ensemble or slightly different instrumentation. We require that at least one of the members of the Williams Duo be performing, and charge a fee of $15 per extra musician for compensation of our time and coordination of musicians.

Traveling Fee

Traveling fees may be assessed for distances traveled in excess of 25 miles.

  • 25–30 miles: $15/round trip
  • 31–35 miles: $25/round trip
  • 36 miles and above: travel fee will be assessed at 50 cents per mile of total distance
  • Distances are calculated using MapQuest and will be rounded to the nearest whole number

Policies

  • Reservations: The date for your event will be secured upon receipt of a signed contract and a $50 deposit (credited toward the total amount of your event). Payment details can be seen below. Please contact us to view a copy of our contract.
  • Cancellations: You have up until eight (8) weeks prior to the date of your event to cancel our services with no penalty. After this, you may cancel with the understanding that we require payment of half the agreed upon amount for your event. In the even of any cancellation your deposit will not be returned, however, it will be credited toward the amount you owe if you cancel during the eight (8) week period prior to your event.
  • Change of Date/Time: You may change the date/ time of your wedding with no penalties providing we are available at the requested date/time. If we are unavailable, this will be treated as a cancellation and will follow the policies above.
  • Payment: All payments can be made via cash (in person), check (by postal mail or in person), or PayPal. Your $50 deposit is required to secure your date and the remaining amount needs to be paid on or before the date of your event.
  • Weather Policies: In the case that your event is taking place outdoors, we highly suggest you have rain/snow contingency plans as we will not play if weather conditions put our instruments or equipment at risk. We can perform in light rain/drizzle, providing the location at which we are to play is covered, and there is no chance the rain will harm our instruments or equipment. We suggest that you make provisions accordingly so that we are able to perform as planned. All final decisions on if we will perform outside due to inclement weather are under our jurisdiction. You will be required to pay us for the full amount agreed upon if precipitous conditions prevent us from playing and contingency plans are not utilized.
